Alexander's Steakhouse, a modern fine dining steakhouse located in the SoMa district of San Francisco is seeking a junior sous chef to play an integral role within a dedicated kitchen team. Candidates will have an advanced comprehension of food and wine paired with strong leadership, communication, and knife skills. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, mature, professional and determined. A culinary degree is preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience working in a kitchen as a sous chef is preferred.
