At Dirty Habit, we are looking for an experienced Floor Manager for daily business operations. The Manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. We are seeking a full-time floor manager to complete our team. Must be reliable, honest, and hard-working. Solid wine knowledge is a must.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in front of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers, and balance seating capacity.
We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily front of the house restaurant management operations
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer and staff issues or concerns
- Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
- Analyze reporting data to maximize service efficiency
- Maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Conduct monthly inventory
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a restaurant manager, hospitality manager, or similar role
- Proven front of house customer service experience
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, specifically OpenTable and Silverware POS
- Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills
