Job Details
At Dirty Habit, we are looking for an experienced Floor Manager for daily business operations. The Manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. We are seeking a full-time floor manager to complete our team. Must be reliable, honest, and hard-working. Solid wine knowledge is a must.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in front of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers, and balance seating capacity.


We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

 
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
 
  • Coordinating daily front of the house restaurant management operations
  • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer and staff issues or concerns
  • Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
  • Analyze reporting data to maximize service efficiency
  • Maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Conduct monthly inventory
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
 
 
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a restaurant manager, hospitality manager, or similar role
  • Proven front of house customer service experience
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, specifically OpenTable and Silverware POS
  • Strong leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills
