Award-winning, DC based chef Victor Albisu seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead our Taco Bamba team members at our Rockville location and soon to be open Gaithersburg location! Taco Bamba is expanding regionally and nationally; there are plenty of growth and development opportunities for hard-working and motivated people.
The Kitchen Manager will work collaboratively with other members of the management team, hourly team members, and regional support to lead the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant and serve our guests with warm hospitality each and every day. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all food quality; specifications of recipes and training of food service teams on related concepts and execution. Additionally they will train, support, develop crew members, provides exceptional customer service, ensures food safety, and maintains standards & budgets set by the General Manager.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Kithcen anagement experience in a full-service and/or fast casual dining environment
- Strong leadership skills and coaching mentality
- Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationships
- Ability to listen attentively and speak clearly
- Strong work ethic and dedication
- Food Safety knowledge; must have Manager Food Safety Certificate
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to use various tech platforms
