Looking for an experienced and growth minded Pastry Sous chef for PRINT. Restaurant.

Our pastry department handles a wide range services and covers breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner service, as well as Special Events in both the restaurant and rooftop lounge (includes lunches, dinners, special occasions, and weddings)
PRINT. Restaurant has a dessert menu ranging from 5-7 desserts plus ice creams and sorbets and revolves around locally sourced ingredients.

A Pastry Sous should be capable of taking the lead from and collaborating with our Pastry Chef, assuming that responsibility in the Chef's absence, and managing and training a team efficiently.

Typical schedule is full time 5 shifts a week/45-50 hours
Salary is competitive and based on experience.


Requirements:

-You are knowledgeable of all aspects of baking and fine ingredients
-You have at least 2 year of experience in pastry with the motivation to learn more
-You exhibit attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
-Interest in becoming a part of and embodying the creative, dynamic and unique culture of PRINT.
