Job Details
RICH TABLE in the heart of Hayes Valley, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team. We seek a Kitchen leader who will continue to raise the level of cuisine, execution, refinement, mentoring and help lead us in the pursuit of excellence.

At RICH TABLE we focus on using seasonal and local ingredients from our amazing farmers in Northern California. It's an exciting and dynamic restaurant that is inspired by experiences from all over the world. We're looking for talented and passionate people with an emphasis on genuine hospitality. Our team stresses efficiency, cleanliness and creativity along with the desire to learn how to really cook.

Our goal is to create and provide a more convivial and fun, comfortable and relaxed approach to the fine dining experience. We strive to create an exemplary work environment and culture - one that inspires and motivates our staff, cultivating open minded and spirited individuals who have a sense of pride and ownership in everything they do professionally. We want a staff that thrives in and helps promote an atmosphere of professionalism, positive reinforcement and praise of value in order to help reach the goals of the restaurant and the personal goals of each other. We take great care and give immense focus to exude a warm, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polished approach in order to provide our guests with the best service possible while feeling right at home. We pride ourselves in creating an experience for our guests so that they cannot wait to return to see the ever evolving menu and familiar hospitable staff.
