The Marlow Collective seeks a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive team.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with executive leadership in setting and driving company vision and financial strategy
• Translate that strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide financial goal setting and annual operational planning
• In tandem with business leadership teams, develop budgets that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives, as individual businesses and company-wide
• Manage the monthly close cycle and prepare reports the enable executive and business leadership to measure and track financial performance
• Continually improve workflow and promote efficiency including the use of technology automation
• Follow financial procedures to ensure effective internal controls with proper segregation of duties and ensure all department practices are carried out with the highest standard of integrity and compliance with GAAP
• Manage audit preparations and liaise with outside accounting team during audit phases
• Train, motivate and lead accounting staff

Required proficiencies:

• 8-10 years in strategic business roles at a senior level
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field; CPA designation preferred
• Deep experience with developing tools + training to support teams in meeting financial goals
• Experience with various restaurant accounting platforms and point of sale systems
