Qualified candidates will have:
- 1 year experience working as a prep cook in an Asian inspired concept or well rated restaurant
- Experience with preparing and cooking dim sum from scratch is highly desired
- Experience in fast paced environment with the ability to change gears to get the work done
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
- Clean technical skills
