• 1-2+ years’ experience as a Butcher in a well-rated NYT restaurant
• Experience with prime cuts of meat, fish, and game
• Full understanding of FIFO along with DOH cleaning standards
• Sharp knives are required
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant in a high pace restaurant
• Fulltime availability; including weekends (typical shifts 9 AM-5 PM)
