A Head Pastry Chef is responsible for executing and designing desserts, hiring and training other pastry production staff and bread recipes to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency.He/she must demonstrate a basic knowledge of recipe unit conversions and garde manger skills.He/she must take direction well and communicate effectively with team members, while managing their assigned station and maintaining a neat, clean, and organized back-of-house space. The ideal candidate must exercise quick problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise. Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $100,000.00)
