Safta Restaurant is looking for a full-time production/pastry cook. We are looking to fill AM positions with weekend availability.

Our production/pastry cooks are responsible for our recipe prep, this is a position for someone with good knowledge of techniques and recipes including but not limited to; dessert production, savory pastry production and bread (pita). Our kitchen relies on this position for most of the batches and recipes that make Safta the restaurant that it is. This is a great stepping stone to a chef position as you would be responsible for daily pars/prep lists, meat and fish fabrication, and is a great way to learn a large variety of recipes and flavors.
