Wilder, at 2009 Sansom Street is seeking a Chef De Cuisine to join our team.
Wilder is a 140 seat full service restaurant located in Rittenhouse. We serve sourdough pizzas, handmade pastas, a full raw bar, and creative seasonal dishes, led by our Executive Chef, Andy Tessier. We are open 7 days a week for lunch/brunch and dinner.
The Chef de Cuisine will:
-Work directly with the Exeuctive Chef to lead and manage the kitchen and kitchen staff
-Assist with menu development including new menu items and specials
-Assist with both food and labor cost management
-Mentor kitchen staff and uphold standards
-Expo and lead the hot line during service
-Create great food in a creative and collaborative environment
-Uphold company values
We are a group of individuals who are creative, motivated, and passionate about food and hospitality. We are seeking an individual who is the same. Candidates will ideally have experience in a sous chef or chef de cuisine role in a similarly 'from scratch' kitchen.
