Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Line Cookin a culinary-driven restaurant
- Prior success in running expo and working all stations in a busy kitchen
- Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse hourly line cook team
- Ability to thrive in a diverse culinary workforce
- A minimum of an Associate's degree from a culinary school/university preferred
