Job Details

As the F&B Cost Controller you will be fully responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the food and beverage purchasing, stock handling/holding, logistics and cost control of these as well as the general maintenance of the EPOS systems.

To ensure the smooth and efficient management of the administrative support through concise and direct communication to all relevant departments in US Events by RHC.  To support the Senior Management with designated administrative tasks in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and reconciliation of F&B invoices into the Adaco.
  • Posting of wastage and transfers into the Adaco daily.
  • Request the invoice export of the F&B data from Accounts Department (Adaco purchase to the F&B flash reports).
  • Approving F&B invoices on Continia.
  • Maintaining of the F&B recipes/ costings in Adaco.
  • Reporting of the F&B COS% reports to Senior Management and HO Finance Department.
  • Assist with the count and entry of the F&B inventory.
  • Conduct bi- weekly/ end of month F&B stock spot check.
  • Supplier reporting/ credit tracker.
  • Reporting of the up to date cost spend & performance figures for food and beverage outlets.
  • Aloha/EPOS maintain (Price updating, costings, linking, PLU’s update and inventory data).
  • Assisting with any additional tasks as directed by Group F&B controller and senior management.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a similar role as well as the following:

  • Full eligibility to work in the US
  • Proven experience in managing high volume and quality-led restaurants and bars cost centres
  • Solid commercial skills and a good understanding of Microsoft office. Knowledge of ADACO, Fourth Hospitality, and Aloha would be desired.
  • Have an excellent level of spoken and written English and strong communication skills
