We are currently seeking a full-time Junior Manager for our busy downtown restaurant. We are located in the heart of downtown D.C. in the Penn Quarter district. After 15 + years, we are an “institution” with years of service to the community. We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented, passionate manager that loves customer service, take pride in their work and knows how to take initiative. We are fiercely proud of our reputation for great service, presentation, and the quality of our food. Customer service and patron experience is a priority for us.
Our restaurant was recently fully remodeled, and we are thrilled with the new atmosphere we have created. The restaurant offers a private dining room, a semi-private dining room as well as a large open-air patio. In addition to our in-house facilities, we also provide private lobby bar service and catering to our building tenants. As a French American bistro, we are lively and fast-paced but take pride in providing outstanding food and exemplary service. We have a very diverse team, and our management focuses on creating a positive work atmosphere where staff feel welcome and supported. 2+ years of experience in a high volume upscale dining setting

Ability to learn and utilize the TOAST system
Flexibility and availability on holidays and weekends

Salary:
Starting at $46,000 plus the Private dining coordinator fee percentage – bonus pool.
