Job Details
Ris is seeking a motivated and talented Front of House Restaurant Manager.  The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with a great attitude and a desire to both learn and teach.  Strong social media skills are imperative, whomever we hire will lead our social media campaign.  While fine dining restaurant management experience is a plus, we are willing to train a professional FOH employee who is looking to pivot into management.  We offer competitive pay, flexible hours and no late nights. Ris is one of DC's premier Modern American restaurants located in the heart of the West End, just below the Ritz Carlton Residences. We specialize in market-driven, crowd-pleasing dishes, which straddle the line between haute cuisine and comfort food. We offer one of the most extensive gin lists in the area, and a curated international wine program. Chef Ris has been a fixture at some of DC's finest restaurants over the past three decades, and is one of the most acclaimed female chefs in the country. We are just months away from celebrating our ten-year anniversary, and we are excited for the right candidate to grow with us for the future.
