Job Details
Looking for an experienced Pastry Sous chef for the Wythe hotel. Our pastry department handles a wide range services and covers all outlets for the hotel. these are:
  • breakfast and in room dining (sweet and savory)
  • events (lunches, dinners, special occassions, weddings in particular)
  • Le Crocodile (dessert menu ranging from 8-12 desserts)
  • wine bar dessert menu (3-5 items)
A Pastry Sous should be capable of taking the lead from and collaborating with our Pastry Chef, assuming that responsibility in the Chef's absence, and managing a team efficiently.
