The Sous Chef will work closely with our chef Henry Zamora to execute elevated modern Mexican cuisine.
Daily tasks include working with the line cooks and enhancing their knowledge on techniques, expediting service, managing inventory, purchasing and receiving, adhering to a monthly budget, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, and overseeing line cooks, prep cooks, and porters.
This position is ideal for a sous-chef with great experience ready to take the next step.
