Position profile and your career with us:

• As the GM, you will lead our team with care, compassion, knowledge and guidance. 
• You will work directly with the Owners, and be an integral part of the leadership team.
• You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the restaurant, as well as contributing to creative conversations about marketing, sales strategy, company culture and professional development. 
• We are looking for someone who enjoys thriving in a fast-paced environment and making a meaningful impact. 

Some responsibilities would include: 

• Ordering, scheduling and maintenance
• Staff development and training
• Financial planning and forecasting
• Managing and documenting the day-to-day operations 

You are great for this role and we would love to meet you, if:

• You have experience managing restaurants and have worked in the industry for at least 6 years. 
• You care about values and service standards, upholding best practices and continually improving.
• You treat everyone with courtesy, professionalism and tact.

• You are responsive to staff suggestions and concerns. 
• You believe everything is figureoutable and you love solving problems. 
• You are fair. Able to demonstrate and actively promote clear understanding of all policies, procedures and standards.
• You have an in-depth understanding of restaurant technology, such as, Point of Sale and Reservation systems.
• You are able to work five days a week, holidays and weekends. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Ability to reach, bend, climb steps, and stoop.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs. and place items on low and high shelves.
