Michelin-recognized Mifune is looking for skilled Chef!! Our menu is an $125 and $165 8-Course Omakase Tasting Menu only. Our cuisine is Modern French-Japanese cuisine.
We are looking for one applicant to fill all the shifts ASAP~June 30th, Tuesday~Saturday.
Our Sous Chef is going on vacation, so we need a Sous Chef level chef to fill his position while he is gone. Full-time hire possibility afterwards.
Applicant will be in charge of the Fish Station, so applicant must know how to break down fish and cook fish to perfection. Plating skills necessary. Prep fish station and prepare garnishes, etc. Assist Executive Chef and jump in to help other stations when necessary. Clean and sanitize stations nightly.
Our cuisine is Modern French-Japanese, so knowledge of French and/or Japanese cooking techniques is a huge plus.
