Pasta Lousie is a very busy fresh pasta restaurant in Brooklyn. Opened by restaurateur and cookbook author Allison Arevalo, Pasta Louise opened in July 2020, and has been a pillar of the community ever since!

We make everything by hand... pasta, sauces, ice cream, bread... everything. But Pasta Louise isn't just about the food. We have a scholarship fund that is awarded to a Brooklyn student who lost a parent to cancer, and we consistently donate meals to food banks around Brooklyn. Giving back is a priority to us, and has been since we opened. 

We just opened our bigger second location and looking to add some experienced line cooks to our team. We are buys, and high-volume experience is a plus! We have a great kitchen space and you'll be working with some incredible folks
