Classic French dishes are given a Southern Californian spin using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and markets. With an intimate, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere, Mes Amis is a celebration of la belle vie and the perfect setting for date night, a casual lunch with friends, or a special celebration.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assists with guest request and server requests
- Running Food (When servers are present at the table, the server should take lead)
- Picks up debris and cleans any spills or grease on the floor.
- Maintains overall cleanliness of the dining room. Checks chairs, banquettes, as well as underneath tables
- Operates as a member of the team, helping others and requesting help as needed.
- Resets tables according to the floor plan
- Helps clear tables with the assistance of a server
- Remarks tables corresponding to the server section you are obligated to
- Water service and maintenance
- Restocking of the server station with silverware, plate ware and glassware
- Crumbing of tables
- Understands how the kitchen moves, thinks and helps communicate this to the rest of the front of house. Serves as the liaison between the FOH and BOH and ensures one big happy family.
