Landmark Mélisse restaurant and Citrin restaurant are looking for experienced, professional, and dedicated line cooks. We're looking for passionate cooks who are excited to learn under the guidance of LA veteran and 2-Two Star Michelin Chef, Josiah Citrin.
About Mélisse:
Chef Josiah revives his Michelin two-star institution with an intimate 14 seat restaurant with Chef de Cuisine Ian Scaramuzza at the helm. Chefs and sommeliers guide guests through a culinary adventure, where the kitchen and dining are one. Working with California farmers from San Diego to Napa Valley, Chef Josiah sources the most unique and best ingredients available. The five-canapes, nine-course tasting menu showcases modern and classic techniques, using flavors from around the world.

Citrin is a modern Californian cuisine restaurant by Chef Josiah Citrin. The attention to detail and pursuit of excellence that defined Josiah’s landmark Mélisse restaurant for 20 years thrives in this new space. Citrin is a fun, welcoming, and approachable experience. A large bar and the choice between our ala Carte menu and prix fixe brings a fresh take on our love of hospitality and passion to deliver exciting and delicious food.
Ideal candidates are motivated, positive and always seeking to improve themselves. Thriving under pressure while remaining calm is essential. You must have availability to work at least 3-4 shifts per week (weekend and holidays are required). We are looking for chefs with sense of urgency, awareness and ones who have the ability to work in a team.
