Chef Ryan DePersio's New American Bistro in Jersey City is in search of a strong sous chef ! Job entails preparation and execution of stations. inventory, ordering, training staff. Opportunity to be apart of menu development. Open 6 nights a week and brunch on weekends. Paid vacation and partial benefits avaiable.
