As a member of the Gatehouse bar team, you are a public-facing representative of the distillery to all our whiskey and cocktail drinking patrons. 

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Mix traditional and custom cocktails

• Educate and inform guests on the distillery’s offerings

• Make suggestions based on guest’s feedback 

• Verify ID/proof of age

• Process payments

• Craft cocktail bartending background

• High volume background

• Broad whiskey knowledge, and the desire to learn more

• Attention to detail

• High sense of hospitality
