The ideal candidate is already capable of full bar operations and has a desire to grow within the brand and expand into retail, coffee, and foodservice operations. A strong commitment to the guests’ experience and being solutions-oriented are musts.

Originally a craft beer retail shoppe, we at Bitter Pops are evolving and expanding on a daily basis. Our coffee bar is fully operational as of February 2021, and we are preparing to launch our full taproom and kitchen this spring. Our #1 priority has always been, and always will be, delivering the best possible guest experience in serving our community. About you:
- Open availability - specifically evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of craft beer
- Two years of beertending experience or a combination of full bar and other relevant craft and retail experience
- Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
- Attentive to detail, responsible, and energetic
- Able to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- BASSET (both on and off-premise) and ServSafe certifications
