We are a prime waterfront location with a large space looking for a Restaurant Lead Host. A successful applicant will, work collaboratively, and hopefully possess a good sense of humor.
Requirements but not limited to:
- Team oriented attitude
- Answering phone and assisting callers with reservations, information, transferring calls and taking messages for management and Chefs
- Greeting, seating guests as per company standards of service
- Required to serve alcohol in a responsible manner, as well in compliance with liquor laws.
- Knowledgeable of all dining components, menus, allergies, and restaurant questions and answers
- Communicating VIP's, special guests, allergies and special requests to management, Chef's, and service staff
