Parson's Chicken & Fish is looking for AM & PM Line Cook for all of our locations

We are looking for Experienced line cooks to join our team. We offer great benefits, 5 days PTO, health insurance, and dinning discounts.
AM shift is 9am-5pm
PM shift is 3pm-11pm
with some flexiility within reason.
Vaccine mandated for all employees
Available to start immediately.
Reports to: GM, Site Chef, Sous Chef
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift including clean floors, work surfaces, and equipment
- Help organized all food storage areas including walk-in’s and dry storage areas
- Observe all city of chicago food safety guidelines
- Know and be able to make all recipes from recipe book
- Communicate with rest of line team to ensure food come out together with other stations
- Have working knowledge of KDS system
- Work in an organized manner to be able to ensure food comes out of kitchen in a timely manner and in the correct order
- Additional responsibilities as requested by manager
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
