The ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ year previous restaurant bartending experience;
- Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails & all major spirit categories;
- Basic understanding of wine styles, grape varieties;
- Appreciation of French Cuisine and Culture;
- Experience in NYT 2, 3 and 4-star restaurants is preferred
- Open availability for lunch and dinner
