The ideal candidates will have:

• 3+ year previous restaurant bartending experience; 
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails & all major spirit categories; 
• Basic understanding of wine styles, grape varieties; 
• Appreciation of French Cuisine and Culture; 
• Experience in NYT 2, 3 and 4-star restaurants is preferred
• Open availability for lunch and dinner
