Requirements
- Minimum 1 year at an upscale or high-volume casual restaurant
- English speaking
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails making
- Flexible availability including nights, holidays and weekends a must
About the Job
Summary of Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Offer great service to guests, take orders, maintains fast and accurate service and positive guest relations
- Receive payments by cash, credit or debit cards and issue receipts, refunds, or change due
- Supporting the manager in running the daily operations of the bar
- Supervise bar staff, establishing positive working relationships
- Monitor cocktail recipes, portions, garnishing and presentation are followed according to our standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and keep record of inventory and equipment by anticipating demand
- Periodically reviewing beverage menu offering and costs to optimize operations
- Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties
- Ensure government regulations are followed
- Other duties as assigned by superiors
Compensation Details
- Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips, estimated of $1'400 per week
