Atomix (2018), is a two Michelin starred fine-dining concept designed to showcase Chef Park’s vision of combining traditional Korean techniques and western techniques, with world-class ingredients and exceptional service and design. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic beverage professional who can succeed in the dual role of Bartender and Server. This position will include 2 solo bartending shifts along with server shifts in the main dining room.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of active bartender experience
- Classic Cocktail knowledge along with the creativity for R&D and Cocktail Development
- Ability to work other parts of service apart from the creation of beverages at the bar
- Positive Attitude
- Careful attention to detail
- A sense of urgency and strong communication skills
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and under pressure
- Punctuality
- Energy, organization skills, and ambition
- Team-working skills
- Fine-dining service experience is a plus
This position will work side by side with the Head Bartender and will answer directly to the Beverage Director and General Manager, and is an integral part of day-to-day operations.
