Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring top-notch customer service.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory control, food safety, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain a positive and efficient work environment, leading by example and motivating the team.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in training and developing new team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to operational improvements and cost control measures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
