Upper West Side upscale-casual dining 200 seat restaurant seeking experienced FOH Waitstaff (Servers and Hosts) We are assembling a team that is committed to Hospitality and Servicing our guests as well as each other in a high-volume environment. 

What we are looking for

Servers -

• A good understanding of wine, beer, classic cocktails, and creative cocktails
• Previous NYC Hospitality experience preferred (1-2 years)
• Food & Beverage Knowledge, with a focus on Spanish Wines
• Interpersonal Skills
• Experience with POS (point of sales) system
• Food Safety Knowledge
• Strong communication and listening skills
• The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability – must be able to work weekends, holidays, brunch

Hosts -

• Warm, charismatic, energetic and an excellent communicator
• Able to work quickly yet gracefully
• Passionate about providing guests with high-quality service
• Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Experienced in using POS systems, OpenTable,Resy or other reservation management systems
