Yopparai and Yopparai Ronin are two busy authentic Japanese restaurants located on the Lower East Side. We are seeking diligent and responsible servers to provide first-class customer service and to represent our brand.  While we seek candidates who have prior experience with Japanese cuisine, this is a great opportunity for learning and growth.  The position could be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers, taking orders, delivering dishes, preparing beverages
- Utilizing POS and reservation systems
- Preparing the restaurant for service prior to opening
- Cleaning dining areas between guests

The ideal candidate:
- has familiarity with Japanese cuisine and ingredients
- is a quick learner and follows direction
- is able to work afternoons/evenings and weekends
- has 1-2 years of experience in a high-end NYC restaurant (we want to keep and beat our long-standing Michelin recommendation!)
