We are currently hiring for a full time AM Line Cook. Assembling salads, sandwiches and prep work make up the majority of the days tasks.
Daily responsibilities Include and not limited to:
- fostering positive realtionships with our staff, vendors and clientele
- knowledge of portion control and station pars
- work as part of the prep and cook team
- maintain and uphold sanitation standards and overall general cleanliness
- assemble all dishes efficiently and thoughtfully per chef teams instruction
- work as an integral part of the team in a positive and collaborative fashion
- possess the ability to jump in and help those around you. Team player mentality.
