We are now hiring for Line Cooks for El Quijote at Hotel Chelsea. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team and take part in this highly anticipated opening. El Quijote is a much beloved restaurant in an iconic hotel.
The kitchen is run by Chef Byron Hogan, who spent over 10 years living and cooking in Spain. El Quijote is a nontraditional Spanish restaurant influenced by the traditional food of the Basque and Catalan regions of northern Spain.
Training can start immediately. We are currently focused on candidates wtih full-time availability.
