A vibrant new Baja restaurant, LMNO, is opening in Fishtown! Conceptualized by restauranteur Stephen Starr and designed by Serge Becker, LMNO is bright, lighthearted, and transportive. Once inside, there is an energy that feels welcoming and familiar while also completely unlike anything else that exists in Philadelphia. LMNO will focus on a coastal Mexican cuisine, to be enjoyed in a multitude of settings, including a lively outdoor patio and cocktail lounge.
We are looking for charismatic and dynamic Line Cooks to join our newest restaurant.
Qualified Line Cooks/Garde Manger will have:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of culinary experience in a similar establishment (I.E. steakhouse, high volume, or Hispanic/Spanish inspired restaurant)
- Culinary school/university education is a plus
- The ability to use unique cooking methods such as Charcoal grill, wok, traditionally BBQ and Tandoori is a BIG PLUS!
- Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly, and constantly improve
- Ability to manage a station from prep to service
- Clean and efficient with attention to detail
- A strong sense of urgency and strong communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability are key!
