Cooks: hot line cooks with prior restaurant experience and a willingness to learn. Will be working shoulder to shoulder with the Chef/Owner and learning new skills daily. Opportunities to learn butchering and wok techniques. Looking for a self starter with a strong work ethic and ability to mesh well with a small team.
