Ophelia's Electric Soapbox, the unique restaurant, bar, and music venue created by Justin Cucci & Edible Beats (Root Down, Linger, Ophelia’s, Vital Root, and El Five), is re-opening, and looking for high energy, confident service professionals to come help us grow as a restaurant and as a company.

Located in Lower Downtown in the historic Airedale Building, in a beautifully renovated space that once housed a brothel, Ophelia’s features a full spectrum of guest offerings; dinner service, a busy and vibrant brunch featuring live entertainment, regular live music and other entertainment, from small local artists to large, national acts, and private event space for groups of up to 400 people.

We are seeking candidates with a broad background in service styles and concepts, that are vested, career-minded, and looking for their next level, who share the thrill of taking part in the continued success, growth and evolution of a restaurant & company that is well established in Denver’s food, beverage, and entertainment scene.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous high volume serving and/or bartending background

• Background in chef driven, culinary minded food concepts

• Knowledge and experience with wine, beer, and specialty cocktails

• The flexibility to operate comfortably in and amongst multiple service environments and expectations. A background in live music concepts is a plus, high volume bar and dining room experience is a necessity

• Open availability with an ability and desire to consistently work nights and weekends.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• can lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift
