Evening Star Café is seeking a Manager! 

Opened in 1997, the Evening Star Café is proud to have been at the heart of the Del Ray community in Alexandria for more than two decades. Our seasonal American menu is highlighted with ingredients from our own roof top garden. We are searching for a manager that can embody the neighborhood feel of the restaurant while guiding a team towards providing excellent, gracious service. Candidates should have strong work ethic and organizational skills. Management experience in an upscale casual environmentis preferred but not required. The Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Chef in the day to day operation of the restaurant. This will require - but not be limited to - training of FOH staff, setting & maintaining standards as well as the actual running of the floor. You will be required to maintain the fun, upbeat environment by actually enjoying your job :)
