Job Details

Our restaurant is high-end Japanese Wagyu Omakase restaurant located in Midtown near empire state building. We are carrying whole cattle of Japanese A5 Wagyu from Japan directly and serve only the best cuts. We offer multi-course menu inspired by local and seasonal ingredients as well. All applicants must be legally able to work in the U.S and should have a strong work ethic, be a reliable team player.

* Sommelier & Bartender
- Wine knowledge MUST
- 3 year of experience MUST
- Over $350 per day

* Host
- 1+ year of host or reservations experience in a fine-dining restaurant preferred
- 1+ year of experience using Open Table or Resy reservation platforms
- ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone
- hourly + tip
- Over $250 per day
