The Shack In The Back in Bel-Air offers sandwiches, salads, burritos, coffee and more for takeout and delivery. You’ll work with friendly people in an autonomous team environment. We value integrity, safety, self-reliance, and teamwork.

You’ll be most comfortable if you have experience in some of the following and you’ll be trained on what you don’t know when you show your knack for genuine hospitality.

• Prep food in advance, make menu items to order
• Answer phones, take customer orders, ring orders in POS
• Prepare specialty coffees to order

Full-time preferred, Part-time: minimum of 3 days/week.
With the daily tip pool, hourly rate averages $25-$28 or more an hour
