Bar Poulet is by the team behind Tria, Philly's original casual wine bar founded in 2004. Our new concept is the love child of a French restaurant and a fried chicken joint. It's fun, simple, different and delicious. Both the food and the drinks are special. Our guests are loving it!

Things you should know before you apply: (We don't want to waste your time!)
Covid-19 Vaccinations + Booster – We require a photo of your vaccination card, including the booster shot, prior to your first shift.
Four Shift Minimum – Four scheduled shifts per week are mandatory because an invested staff gives better service.
Exclusivity – We require a commitment to work at no other restaurant or bar while on the Bar Poulet team.
Long-Term Relationship – We request that you apply only if you intend to stay employed at Bar Poulet for at least one year unless you win the lottery.
Ongoing Training – Mandatory and super fun ongoing training is held every other Thursday at 1pm for 2 hours. Learn about wine, cheese, beer, cocktails, food – and taste them, too!
Pooled Wages – Our floor staff pools their earnings, which are distributed in a transparent and equitable way. We strive for strong teamwork and joyous comradery. The “everyone from themselves" system accomplishes the opposite.
