Ancora is elevated by fine dining eurocentric technique that focuses on local, sustainable, fresh, beautiful seafood and vegetables. Our choices and actions are driven by an emphasis on thoughtfulness and sustainability. We are seeking hard working and enthusiastic back of house team members to produce delicious, well executed cuisine.
