The Pluckemin Inn is seeking a well rounded Chef de Cuisine to help lead our team and run day to day operations in a busy fine dining environment. This is a full time position with excellent pay, health benefits, paid vacation, and Sundays off being amongst the perks. Fine dining experience and culinary degree are preferred but not required. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience at sous chef level or above in a full service upscale kitchen. Other attributes include

- strong, practical knowledge about a variety of cuisines

- be clean, organized, and professional
- be available to work nights/weekends/holidays
- able and willing to work 45-55 hour week depending on volume
- be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
