MADRE is focused on compiling a seasoned team of culinary and service-minded professionals to create a dining experience like no other in the city. MADRE will strip away the informalities of Brooklyn dining while focusing on the quality of food, warm service, and relaxed atmosphere. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comprehensive knowledge of our complete food and beverage program
- Ability to run a section and communicate with team members efficiently
- Know the proper techniques for opening bottles of wine and presentation
- Know how to and be able to properly serve cocktails, WBTG, coffee & tea
- Truly understand and highlight our restaurants/hotels individual identity
- Know and be able to identify bar, cocktail table, dining room table and seat numbers
- Can complete opening/closing side work tasks
- Maintain station cleanliness at all times
- Complete understanding of the steps of service and execution
- Knowledgeable of the menu: food ingredients & sources, allergies & preparations
- Can Lift 50 lbs
