Job Description:
- Assist the Pastry team in overseeing all culinary activities, including the following:
- Jam and Pastry production
- Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes
- Help train and coach kitchen staff
- Oversee food consistency & quality per company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized & safe kitchen
- Follow all health and sanitary regulations
- Receiving and storing of daily orders
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- May perform other job duties related to these tasks
Skills:
- Organized and detail oriented
- Proactive problem solver who constantly strives for increased efficiency and better processes
- Comfortable using laptop computer for ordering and scheduling
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
