Line Cooks:

We are looking for Line Cook candidates for Francesca's on Chestnut. Our dynamic, fast-paced work environment is ideal for high-energy, service minded operators. With 30 restaurants across 6 concepts, the opportunity for professional growth is available for those who are ready to jump in! 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the preparation of all menu items 
• Prepare menu items and necessary ingredients according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests and presentations 
• Follow all prescribed portioning controls and maintain food safety and quality standards 

• Maintain menu item counts and communicate to management and service staff when quantities fall below restaurant specific minimum quantity 
• Accurately account for all items coming out of their station

• Ability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends 
• Team player with a positive attitude
