Job Details
James Beard Award Winning Chefs, Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonntte are opening their newest concpet on Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay! Faccia Brutta is aspiring to be an elevated neighborhood restaurant featuring coastal Italian food with Executive Chef, Brian Rae. 

Candidates will be working along side Chef Brian Rae who has worked with Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette for 5 years. They should be able to read and follow recipes and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards. The position requires and at least 1 year of kitchen experience. Come cook a funky menu and work within a kitchen culture that embraces fun, creativity, accountability and education.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $150
