Responsibilities:
- Must have a strong sense of urgency be able to deal with staff and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
- Ability to take food and beverage orders from guests accurately
- Ability to deliver food and beverage orders from guests accurately
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in a qualified restaurant
- A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience
- Wine and POS system knowledge a plus
- Written and verbal comprehension of the English language
- Team oriented
- Fine Dining experience a plus
