The Charlie Palmer Collective team is seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and creative hospitality professionals who have a profound interest in food and wine, a strong desire to build culinary knowledge, and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession.

 Responsibilities:

• Must have a strong sense of urgency be able to deal with staff and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions 
• Ability to take food and beverage orders from guests accurately 
• Ability to deliver food and beverage orders from guests accurately
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner

Preferred Qualifications: 

• 2 years' experience in a qualified restaurant 
• A passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and the guest experience
• Wine and POS system knowledge a plus
• Written and verbal comprehension of the English language 
• Team oriented
• Fine Dining experience a plus
